Tender Description
Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) wish to install flood totems which acknowledge the three highest recorded flood levels. Flooding in Emerald, prior to the construction of the Fairbairn Dam, was common and was very much part of life in this part of the country.
CHRC have engaged CP Architects Pty Ltd to design seating that visually highlights the flood levels encountered and which also highlights the date and heights achieved during these three flooding events.
This Contract is for the construction of the seating in up to three sites within the Emerald Botanic Gardens.
