Tender Description
Council is seeking interested and suitably qualified consultants to form two panels to supply services to Council, within the Cessnock City Council Local Government area, for a period of two years.
One panel will feature Valuation consultants who can advise council on land and property owned by Council for either sale, acquisition, leasing or compensation.
Another panel will comprise Real Estate Agencies who can advise and act on Council behalf for sales, acquisitions and leasing
