Tender Description
The tender shall be in the form of a Lump Sum Contract subject to a priced Bill of Quantities, in accordance with AS4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract.
The following work packages have been identified within the Design and Construct contract:
- Engineering Design
- Installation of irrigation lines to fields 2, 3 and 8
- Site preparation (weed removal and scraping)
- Topsoil to fields 2, 3 and 8 (3,300m³ of screened sand and soil mix)
- Levelling and profiling
- Drainage channels
- Installation of turf to fields 2, 3 & 8
- Installation of turf to banks, batters, swales and miscellaneous
