Toowoomba East State School - ROS Amenities

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a ROS Amenities at Toowoomba East State School, located at Cnr Arthur St and Mary St, Toowoomba QLD as part of Portfolio Delivery.

The project involves the refurbishment of the female amenities block and the demolition of the replacement of the existing male amenities block. All works are to be completed by June 2020. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 and QBCC Builders licence with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
Minimum PQC Level 2 Eligibility required.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
