Tender Description
Icon Water invites contractors to express interest in tendering for the construction of a 4 km water pipeline from Cotter Tank to Uriarra Village. The pipeline size will range from DN100 to DN180, and materials of construction are Ductile Iron Cement Lined (DICL) and PolyEthylene (PE). The pipeline will be constructed within steep, rocky bush-land and along fire-trails.
Works will consist of:
-gaining any required approvals for works to commence;
-establishment and ongoing management of environmental controls within a sensitive environmental area and water catchment;
-procurement and fabrication of all required equipment and materials;
-construction of pipeline, valve chambers and ancillary equipment;
-disinfection, testing and commissioning of the pipeline; and
-landscaping to reestablish the works area
Respondents to this EOI will be shortlisted, and selected contractors will be invited to tender for the Works.
