Scope of services
Western Power is seeking registrations of interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the coordination and management of Western Power’s drug and alcohol testing regime across some or all the depots and operational sites (see Attachment 1 – Location Guide).
Services required under the arrangement include:
- Coordinating random/ blanket selection and testing;
- On-site testing – random and for cause;
- Drop-in collection centre testing;
- Ongoing monitoring testing;
- Provision of self-test kits as required;
- Suitably qualified Medical Review Officer available for escalation or clarification of results interpretation; and
- Ability to provide secure and timely results storage and management.
