Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from Security Operators to provide security services at the 2020 Order of the Outback Ball. The ball is being held at the Nijinda Durlga Hall in Burketown on Saturday 11 July 2020 from 6pm until midnight.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing appropriate security services on the night of
the ball.
Persons or organisations providing an EOI will be required to:
- Provide security services from 6pm to 1:00am
- Provide two security guards
- Comply with all appropriate safety standards
- Supply own equipment eg mobile phones
- Liaise with event organisers prior to and at the event to ensure logistical requirements are met
