Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing two-storey building (Block S) at Holland Park State School, located at 59 Abbotsleigh Street, Holland Park QLD 4121.
The works comprise of the refurbishment of level one of the existing Block S building which is currently a dental clinic to create a new layout suitable for Educational use with Classrooms, withdrawal rooms and new amenities.
This includes a full demolition and fit out to level 1, new PWD compliant entry and major services upgrades to the building.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20,000,000
