Tender Description
This contract is for a major renovation and fit out of the existing double storey commercial building located at 20 Mackinnon Street Rockingham, into a high quality youth centre. Works include, internal demolition; internal structural changes; installation of a lift; roof replacement; significant hydraulic, electrical and mechanical works; and fit-out of internal spaces.
A briefing inspection of the contract will commence at 10:30am on Monday, 24 February 2020 and will take approximately 1 hour. Due to the nature of the tender, this site inspection is mandatory and all prospective tenderers shall attend or send a suitable representative.
