Tender Description
The Fines Unit is seeking a Supplier that can demonstrate that they have the infrastructure, experience and knowledge necessary to provide an effective enforcement platform across the state of South Australia to undertake activities such as;
- Serving notices
- Clamping vehicles
- Seizure and impounding of vehicles
- Seizure of license plates
- Seizure and impounding of assets and seizure of real property
- Sale of vehicles assets and real property
The Supplier must be dedicated to providing the highest quality service and must comply with all relevant national and state legislation, standards and codes of practice applicable to the provision of the services required through this Request for Quote.
