Tender Description
Lockyer Valley Regional Council have issued this tender with the aim to appoint a Principal Building Contractor to provide construction services pertaining to the upgrading of the Gatton Shire Hall. The Principal Building Contractor will take ownership and liability for the control of the site for the duration of works and until Practical Completion is achieved.
The works include the upgrade of electrical and mechanical services internally and externally to the building. The electrical services consist of the replacement of non-compliant switchboards and upgrades to the lighting and power throughout specific areas of the building as nominated in the tender drawings. The mechanical services consist of the replacement of the package units and duct work to the external roof area of the building.
