Tender Description
Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of sports lighting at outdoor netball courts located at Drill Hall Common, Cross Street, Mosman. The scope of the Works Under Contract (WUC) include but are not limited to the following work activities:
- Service searches and service locating as required;
- Engineering investigations and designs for footings to new sports lighting poles and roof/building mounting;
- Supply and installation of new ten sports lighting poles and twelve luminaires;
- Supply of all, twelve (12), light fittings;
- All required civil works for installation of new sports lighting poles and electrical works;
- Structural certification for sports lighting poles and roof/building mounted lights;
- Supply, installation and certification of all required new electrical works;
- Electrical upgrades, liaise with Ausgrid and certification;
- Certificate of Compliance of the completed sports field lighting in all aspects to AS 2560;
- Testing and commissioning of all the works;
- As installed drawings for all civil, structural and electrical woks, warranties and manuals; and
- Miscellaneous works required to satisfactorily complete the WUC.
