Tender Description
The AFRM Paediatric Training and Assessment Committee in Rehabilitation Medicine seeks expressions of interests from Aotearoa NZ Fellows to join in 2020.
The Committee oversees the Advanced Training Program in Paediatric Rehabilitation Medicine and is responsible for:
- overseeing the training of paediatric rehabilitation trainees
- monitoring and reviewing Advanced Training Program requirements, assessment and curricula in paediatric rehabilitation medicine
- overseeing the coordination of the AFRM Paediatric Fellowship Written and Clinical Examinations
- engaging in continuous quality improvement of all assessments
- the annual working parties that write examination questions for all the AFRM Written and Clinical Examinations as well as oversee the External Training Modules
1 x position is open is to an Aotearoa NZ AFRM Fellow.
The term of office is for 2 years, with the option to serve up to a maximum of 6 years.
Committee members are to attend 4 meetings a year: 2 x face-to-face meetings in Sydney and 2 x teleconferences.
