Tender Description
The old Scientific Services Laboratory section of the Operations Building at Coombabah Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) has remained in a dilapidated state for the past decade following the relocation of Scientific Services Staff to another location.
The Principal requires a suitably qualified, experienced, resourced and licenced building Contractor to fit-out this space to create multi-purpose room/s and establish a versatile office space which can be easily configured to meet the evolving office accommodation requirements of the Principal.
