Provision of X-Ray Photoelectron Spectrometer

The University of South Australia invites prospective Tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of X-Ray Photoelectron Spectrometer for its Future Industries Institute (FII).

This RFT package comprises:

1.  Part A Tender Conditions
2.  Part B Specification
3.  Part C Tender Form
4.  Part D Tender Response Schedules
5.  Part E Pricing Mechanism
6.  Part F 1-Draft Supply Agreement
7.  Part F 2-Departures Draft Supply Agreement

ENQUIRES/CLARIFICATIONS:
Enquiries must be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool.The University shall respond to the clarifications or question by responding publicly to all Tenderers if the information provided is relevant to all Tenderers.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word/Excel version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to undertake the upload and submission process. Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted.
