Lane Poole Reserve and Dwellingup Commercial Opportunities

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Murray and Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified individuals, businesses or organisations to develop and operate:

• trail and visitor based commercial activities at the Dwellingup National Trails Centre located in the Dwellingup township including the trail centre and café (Shire of Murray); and
• kiosk and in park shuttle service in Lane Poole Reserve (DBCA).

The Shire of Murray and DBCA are jointly advertising these commercial opportunities given the likely synergies between the two locations. A number of commercial opportunities are available, with proponents able to apply for single, multiple or all of the opportunities.

Proponents will be required to demonstrate a viable and sustainable business model for each proposed opportunity. Proposals that demonstrate a viable and sustainable business model for multiple opportunities at both locations are encouraged. 

Made possible by considerable funding provided by the Commonwealth, the Shire of Murray and DBCA, this is an exciting opportunity for potential proponents.
