⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the works of the redevelopment of Apex and Hayes Park located at Jerilderie Street and Davis Street, Berrigan.
The redevelopment works of Apex and Hayes Park located at Jerilderie Street and Davis Street, Berrigan, is as detailed in the specification, the drawings included in Volume 3, and the schedules in Volume 4 of the document.

The Contractor is to provide all materials to carry out the works.

Upon acceptance, the successful tenderer will provide a works program outlining timelines for the completion of the works and it must be reviewed by the tenderer on a weekly basis after commencement until completion of the project.

Council will provide the Traffic Control Plans (if required) for the works and the contractor shall review said plans and implement. The contractor will provide stop/go men if required.

The contractor will be required to carry out daily checks on the traffic control signage etc.
