Cessnock City Council is seeking interested parties to submit an expression of interest for the Lease of the Café at the Hunter Valley Visitor Centre, 455 Wine Country Drive Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley region of NSW.
The cafe has been leased previously and the latest operator has not opted to continue and has pursued other options.
The cafe is partly fitted out with fixed and floating benches cabinetry and items that could be useful to an operator at their discretion.the internal area is around 66sqm with an extensive outdoor seating space for many more patrons.
Council is seeking a motivated, friendly and professional operator who is experienced and can blend in with our busy Visitor Information Centre
