Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new shade structure at Yeronga State High School, located at 159 Villa St, Yeronga QLD 4104 (Brisbane Metropolitan Region).
The project is to include a new 1300m2 approx Portal Frame Shade Structure over the existing 2 Basketball Courts and new School signage.
All works are to be completed by May 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1m
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
