Memorial Park Landscaping, Paxton Street Denman

⁠⁠⁠Muswellbrook Shire Council invites experienced Contractors to tender for the construction of Memorial Park Landscaping, Paxton St Denman.

The works include:

• civil works,
• concrete works,
• hard and soft landscape works,
• installation of lighting,
• irrigation and furnishings.

The expected outcome of the contract is;

1.  Delivery of the project within agreed timeframe;
2.  Delivery of the project within agreed value of contract;
3.  To maintain good scheduling of work, good communication with all parties and to use construction methodologies which minimise the impact to business and users of the precinct;
4.  Provision of high quality final finishes especially concrete surfaces.

The Tenderer MUST, familiarise itself with the Works and the site prior to submission of the tender. A Tender Briefing / Site inspection will be held on;

Place: Memorial Park Paxton St Denman.

Respondents are requested to attend the briefing and confirm with Council's Contact person by sending an email to council@muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au of their proposed attendance at this meeting no later than 18th February 2020.

The meeting will be minuted and the minutes forwarded to all Tenderers and shall become part of the request for tender documents. Tenderers will be required to sign a certificate of attendance at the end of the meeting.
 

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure they submit tenders before the required closing time and date for tenders. Failure to meet these submission requirements may render the submission invalid.

The two(2) envelope tendering system is used for the submission of this tender, where price and non-price items are submitted in separate envelopes (hard copy submission) and two separate files (electronic submission) and assessed separately.
