Tender Description
On behalf of Catholic education Diocese of Bathurst, commercial building contractors are invited to submit Epresions of Interest for the proposed building works at St Pius X Catholic Primary School, Dubbo NSW including demolition, a new single storey 4 classroom block, toilets, awnings and landscaping. Works will be staged, and the School must remain operational during the works.
Site management and safety will be critical. Building works will be constructed under a limp sum contract and only head contractors should apply. All submissions shall be in writing and must include the following information:
1. Company, License & WHS system details
2. Capability statement specific to this project
3. Details of 3 or more recent school projects (or similar projects) with client contact details
4. Recent references (at least 3)
The submissions will be evaluated based on capability and experience. A minimum of 6 suitable contractors may be invited to tender on the project in April or May this year.
Submissions shall be emailed to the architects at tenders@havenhandmather.com.au to arrive before 11am, Monday 24th February 2020.
