⁠⁠⁠Waverley Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Notts Avenue Safety and Streetscape Upgrade - Construction Services

It is Council's and stakeholder expectation that the construction process will be undertaken in stages to minimise the impact on activity in the area. Notts Avenue has been identified as a priority within Councils Walking strategy, as it is one of the main access ways to Bondi Beach via the Coastal Walkway.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
