From suitably qualified contractors for the proposed construction works at their school in Yatala, QLD.

Project includes:

• New-build six classrooms and staff room, and adjoining external works
• Refurbishment and alterations to existing library, and adjoining external works
• Refurbishment and alterations to six classrooms in two existing buildings
• Refurbishment, alterations and extensions to existing building to become one OSHC and two Pre-Prep rooms, and adjoining external works

Tenders will be invited during February 2020 for construction commencing April 2020 and completion by January 2021.
