Tauranga City Council invites Registrations of Interest for upgrades to 9 Elder Villages owned and operated by council. The Elder Villages have had electrical audits carried out and items were picked up with regard to the electrical infrastructure that need to be changed or upgraded to meet with the current AS/NZ standards and health home standards. Modifications will be carried out to the main metering panels and internal distribution boards. As a part of the healthy home standard there will also be heaters and extractors installed.
There are 246 units across the 9 Elder Villages with 59 external metering panels that require a varying amount of work to be carried out as required for each village.
This opportunity is a Registration of Interest with a mandatory meeting to discuss the project. Those who attend the meeting and register their interest will then be provided with the RFT documents.
