Tender Description
Rotorua Lakes Council invites companies to register their Expression of Interest for the design phase of the Rotorua Museum visitor experience, with the objective of delivering exhibitions that:
- Weave stories and themes through multiple spaces
- Draw on stories that enrich our community, including Te Arawa and Ngati Whakaue
- Include a number of multifaceted, multimedia interactive models, as well displays of collections
- Include bilingual content in Te reo Maori and English
- Create a balanced experience within budget, time and resource parameters
- Fill approximately 1820 square meters of exhibition spaces over three levels, including permanent and temporary spaces
The intention is to shortlist from the initial expressions of interest and, depending on the level of interest and standard of EOIs received, invite shortlisted parties to present a more detailed and priced proposal.
