Tender Description
This Contract is for the refurbishment of the existing skate park and construction of a skateable pathway from the existing skate park. Construction will also include timber pergolas and seating. The area is to be landscaped as part of this contract.
The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of some areas of the existing skatepark, resurfacing of areas to remain and construction of new areas, earthworks, drainage, connecting path construction from the existing skatepark to the proposed area for the new playground, construction of pergolas, installation of seating, and landscape planting.
