Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a tender for the construction of public domain improvements and replacement of an existing retaining wall within the Swinbourne Street Neighbourhood Centre located at Botany.

Works include the following:

  • Demolition of pavements,
  • kerbs, a speed threshold,
  • street furniture and
  • a timber retaining wall,
  • re-routing of a water main and
  • the construction of new kerbs,
  • gutters and kerb ramps,
  • stormwater drainage alterations,
  • feature paving/footpaths,
  • edging,
  • a speed threshold and pedestrian crossing, upgraded street lighting (ASP 1 contractor required),
  • pedestrian refuges,
  • street furniture including a bus shelter,
  • landscaping,
  • linemarking and
  • signage and
  • the construction of a 2 tiered concrete block retaining wall system and
  • associated landscaping
  • and guard rails.
