Expression of Interest - Princess Margaret Hospital Site Part Demolition and Remediation

DevelopmentWA is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents who are interested in submitting a proposal for the part demolition and remediation of the Princess Margaret Hospital site.

DevelopmentWA views this role as a complex task with correspondingly demanding selection criteria that are unlikely to be satisfied by a core demolition Contractor. While core demolition contractors are not excluded from submitting proposals, DevelopmentWA would look favourably at submissions that involve a head Contractor arrangement with a building or civil contracting background supported by an appropriately qualified and experienced team to deliver the services.
