The Principal is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a Personal Response System in compliance with AS 4607-1999 (Australian Standard Personal response systems) to the residents of Collier Park Village Retirement Complex, an independent living community of 169 units, with the provision of 24 hour/ 7 days a week alarm off-site monitoring and services support, to meet the diverse needs of the City of South Perth.
This quote is for a period of three (3) years from commencement date contracted with the option to extend a further year (1) to be discussed at a future time. The decision to extend a further year (1) will be subject to considerations such as telecommunications and technological changes and advancements and supplier performance.
The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage, supervision/administrative costs, surveying, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed Contract.
