Tender Description
Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a tender for the Structural Remediation, building maintenance and improvement works for the Brighton Baths Building.
Works include the following:
- The Structural remediation works as outlined in the Structural Report provided by the consultant Jones Nicholson.
- Building maintenance and cosmetic improvement works.
- The site a popular public building adjacent the beach, with a mix of commercial, non for profit and public spaces.
A site inspection will be held on-site February 18, 2020, at 10.00am.
The Meeting point is at the South Terrace between the Marine Rescue and Millennium Centre
