Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender for construction of the Bicentennial Hall Building and Mechanical Works.

The works include:

refurbishment of change rooms, bar and bathrooms,
painting,
electrical works,
fire service upgrades,
structural steel work,
acoustic wall treatments,
stage drapes,
heating and cooling upgrade works.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 10am on Tuesday 11 February 2020.
