This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The fixed-price proposal is to redesign, project manage and implement (at Canberra and IOT sites) a next generation Cisco SD-WAN to the Indian Ocean Territories(IOT), making best use of existing available hardware and licences (both new and used) ensuring minimal disruption to production. The vendor will be required to: Audit current environment; Produce a combined HLD and DLD; Create security accreditation documentation; Develop a Bill of Materials (hardware and licences); Implement the solution to each location; Handover and Train DITRDC personnel.
The vendor will produce an innovative design that considers such factors as secure remote vendor management and other concepts such as cloud. The solution will need to make best use of the communication mediums available at these locations, including: satellite, fixed and wireless WAN and Campus technologies.
Head Office is rated to Protected. The IOT locations are rated to Official: Sensitive. The solution will need to work within these mixed security classification zones. The makeup is 2 Canberra sites (Data Centres), 4 Christmas Island sites and 4 Cocos Island sites. The solution requires that all campus locations can communicate securely over a redundant WAN topology. The proposed design is attached.
