Tender Description
TfNSW seeks Proposals from a suitably qualified and properly licensed card issuer who can produce, issue and manage a digital-only prepaid debit card to be used for travel on TfNSW’s Opal ticketing system. This will be part of a pilot of a universally accepted Opal branded digital prepaid debit card, to be known as the ‘Digital Opal Card’, solution.
In a later phase of the trial, the use of the Digital Opal card will be extended to support select private mobility operators.
