Site Visit Instruction : Tenderers shall contact the OLO if you wish to arrange a time for the site visit. The meeting place will be at the existing bore at the Arahura site on Old Christchurch Road and will include a visit to the two existing reservoirs.
Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 3 representatives from each Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that there may be other tendering parties at the site at the time of the Tenderers site visit. The mode of travel is envisaged to be by car, with Tenderers providing their own transport (a 4x4 vehicle is not required).
Attendees must comply with health & safety instructions on the site and be prepared with suitable protective clothing, including safety boots and high visibility jacket or vest.

Please note that the site visit is not mandatory. It is not planned to arrange any further site meetings during the tender period.
No de-brief meeting is planned. Relevant outcomes from the site visit and briefings will be issued as a Notice to Tenderers.
