Western Power is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced specialised Human Resources (HR) firms to help support the delivery of its People Plan and to enhance and extend its people related service offerings and capabilities to the business.
Objectives
You may be required to provide a range of advisory and specialist HR project services to the HR Function to:
Enable it to expand existing HR services, capabilities and offerings when required by the business;
Provide specialist HR capabilities that cannot be met inhouse; and
Support the delivery of significant or major HR projects.
Scope of Work
Western Power is looking for companies that have experience working with large private organisations or organisations within the public sector, who can provide services in one or more of the following areas of HR:
- Investigation of Grievances
- HR Risk & Compliance
- Employee Relations Strategy & Planning
- HR Project Management
- Development of Workplace Policies & Procedures
- Workplace Relations / Industrial Relations
- Remuneration & Benefits
- Dispute Resolution
- Enterprise Bargaining
- HR Process Improvement & Re-design
- Change Management
- Redundancy & Restructures
