This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Sports Tribunal (the NST), located within the Australian Government Department of Health (the Department), is seeking to engage a provider to design and capture the ‘end to end’ process for managing cases referred to the soon to be established NST.
The service and business process design and mapping will ensure that matters are managed efficiently and effectively in accordance with the NST legislative and policy framework, and will inform the production (also part of the requirement) of a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual, as well as public/client facing documents/information. The provider will also deliver an induction pack for NST members.
