All vehicle tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed with the Tender ID number, vehicle ID number, and tender closing date.

Each tender must be in a separate envelope. The envelope must contain the tenderer full name or business name, address and contact number and stated the tender Id Number and Vehicle Id Number and the amount being tendered.
