Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the design, construction and installation of modular buildings at council’s Bransgrove Rd Depot.
Council is working on the relocation and amalgamation of key staff and following extensive consultation it was determined additional staff facilities are to be created at Council’s Bransgrove Rd Depot. These facilities are to be provided through a combination of new facilities and refurbishment of existing assets, executed over nine works packages.
This tender requests the design, construction and installation of a new portable building by means of a modular style single storey building to be located at our Bransgrove Rd Depot. The new building will provide workspace, meeting room, male/female/unisex accessible toilets, lunch room, printer room and covered deck area. An indicative layout is attached.
