Tender Description
The Contract involves the construction of 105.54m of rising and falling mains to replace the existing rising and falling mains in the Kiwirail's tunnel due to the deterioration.
Pipe material for the mains shall be 125mm PE pipe and 219mm OD steel sleeve underneath the railway track. New rising and falling main alignment will be sitting in north and parallel to the Kiwirail tunnel, across SH1 then cross the railway track.
This Contract covers the construction of, but is not limited to:
- Water mains, pipe fittings (including hydrants and valves etc.) and service connections
- Reinstatement.
