Provision of Events Production Services

⁠⁠⁠The Customer is seeking offers for the provision of Events Production Services as described in this Request. The Zoological Parks Authority (Perth Zoo) holds a variety of events throughout the year. Most events are held during the summer months from October through to March (i.e. live concerts, themed outdoor exhibitions). Most events are held on Perth Zoo's main lawn with an attendance of up to 4,500 expected at each, however from time to time events (themed events like Boo at The Zoo) are held in other areas throughout the Perth Zoo grounds and require the provision of staging, lighting, sound and special effects.

The Customer reserves the right to contract with more than a single supplier, depending on the capabilities and capacity of the conforming Respondents (Panel Contract). No volumes of proposed event production activity can therefore be guaranteed through the term of the Contract.

A site visit will be held at 20 Labouchere Rd, South Perth at 31 Jan, 2020 10:00 AM .
The Respondent is requested to confirm their attendance (no more than two delegates per company, please) by notifying Laurence Foster at laurence.foster@dbca.wa.gov.au no later than 12 noon Thursday 30th January 2020.
