Tender Description
TDC are looking to appoint a Main Contractor to provide construction services from a suitably qualified, resourced and experienced construction firm to work with the Design Team to help achieve value through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and then to subsequently complete the construction of TDC's new Civic Administration Building (CAB).
