Request for Information (RFI) Payroll Services

⁠⁠⁠Icon Water currently has all payroll services delivered by its incumbent service provider. Further information regarding the current arrangements and our planning for meeting our ongoing service requirements can be found on our website.

As part of the current project, Icon Water is considering alternative service delivery of payroll services and is seeking to understand market capability, options and indicative pricing.

The payroll services that Icon Water requires will include:

• Time and Attendance;
• Employee Payroll Information/ Payroll Administration;
• On-cycle Payroll Process;
• Off-cycle Payroll Process;
• Post Payroll Process; and
• Payroll system management and statutory reporting.

In addition to Payroll services, Icon Water may require the provision, or assistance in the provision of:

•  On boarding and employee data management; and
•  Learning and development.
