Tender Description
This contract is for the construction of approximately 400m of new footpath & associated works on Patui Avenue, Ngarimu Bay located within the Thames Coromandel District, with works to be completed mid-2020.
The Contract Works include clearing, earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, footpaths, fencing, road pavement & surfacing works, concrete driveways, relocation and renewal of water services, reinstatement, environmental management and temporary traffic management.
