Tender Description
This contract comprises of works to upgrading park facilities at Gisborne Point (Komuhumuhu) Reserve, including a new boat ramp, jetty, roading, softscape landscaping, fencing and the renewal of the lake retaining wall and steps.
Ideally, works will be completed prior to 1 May 2020 due to the start of trout spawning season, but we do have approval to work within this season. All works must be completed by 30 June 2020 at the latest. The resource consent application is currently being processed by BOPRC.
The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed on the construction drawings.
Tenderers are advised that the Principal reserves the right to vary the scale of the works to fit within the constraints of the available funding for this project. There shall be no claim for a variation, as a result of any change to the scale of the works.
