Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠AFSA is currently reviewing our desktop and communications technology stack and is assessing a move to O365. As part of the move, we are seeking for a system integrator to assist in identify and delivering the voice components of the unified communications solution.

AFSA currently has an old unsupported Alcatel PABX for voice services. MS Skype is used for Instant messaging and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager CUCM) is providing video conferencing capability. CUCM haswas also been identifiedseen as a replacement for the Alcatel PABX but this was not rolled out due to a requirement to upgrade our infrastructure platform first.

AFSA recently implemented Genesys PureCloud for its contact centre and implemented the WebRTC voice service for the call centre staff.

This RFI process is to provide an opportunity for respondents to assist AFSA to review our current technology stack and provide innovative solutions.

This RFI process is not a procurement process. It is voluntary to this RFI, and respondent do not need to respond to this RFI in order to participate in any of AFSA's future procurement process.
