Tender Description
Contract plant hire is required for river management and improvement works on the Tumut River from Blowering Dam to the junction with the Murrumbidgee River at Gundagai. These works are part of the NSW Soil Conservation Service (SCS)’s ongoing river management plan for the Tumut River.
Contract truck and excavator hire is mainly required for the haulage of rock for riverbank protection works from Blowering quarry, which is operated by SCS. As part of log revetment works wheel loaders, excavator with pile drivers and log carting trucks may also be hired.
Contract plant hire is also required for river management and improvement works from Khancoban Dam to the Murray River, downstream to the in-channel full supply level of Hume Lake area.
Contract truck and excavator hire is mainly required for the haulage of rock for riverbank protection works from Tintaldra quarry, which is operated by SCS. As part of log revetment works wheel loaders, excavator with pile drivers and log carting trucks may also be hired.
