256 Crawford St Customer Service Refurbishment 2019-74

⁠⁠⁠Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers for refurbishment of Councils Customer Service area at 256 Crawford St Queanbeyan.
Works will be carried out in 3 stages with a temporary customer service area being constructed minimising disruption to Councils operations and inconvenience to ratepayers.

This job is a commercial fit out involving partial demolition of the existing fit out and construction of a new customer service area and offices.

The extent of work also includes manufacture & installation of joinery and relocation of services such as electrical, data and HVAC. A more detailed brief of the extent of work required by Council is set out in the works description W1-7 of this quote document.

A non mandatory site meeting will be held on site at 256 Crawford St Queanbeyan on Friday 31st January 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
