The department requires the Apptio IT Cost Modelling Service, consisting of the following components (including support and maintenance)

•  Cost Transparency Foundation
•  Cost Transparency Applications and Services
•  Bill of IT
•  Business Units
•  Business Insights
•  AAEP (All Access Education Pass) - three (3) x annual licences for three (3) users. This allows access to the Apptio online training environment to allow staff to remain up to date with training and certification.

The licencing of the Apptio Cost transparency model must allow for up to $100M dollars to be modelled within the software.

Note: Sellers may provide a quote for the Business Insights components that make up the package individually. All quotes must include "BI - Office 365 Insights".
