Independent Safety Assessor - Thornlie Cockburn Link and Yachep Rail Extension

⁠⁠⁠The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and competent organisation (the Consultant) to perform the role of an Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) for the delivery of both the Yanchep Rail Extension (YRE) and the Thornlie Cockburn Link (TCL) Project.

The Consultant shall perform the services in an independent and impartial manner, to ensure that the YRE Project and the TCL Project, as delivered by PTA, is acceptably safe, meets the compliance requirements of Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) and statutory requirements defined in the Rail Safety National Law and Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations.
