Tender Description
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking Preliminary Proposals from individuals, organisations or a project team with the capability to undertake research into the after effects of exposure of livestock to bushfires on their health, welfare and biosecurity. Questions which arise and to which answers are sought, include: are there long-term effects on animals’ health? are there demonstrable impacts on the animals’ welfare? are there breaches of enterprise and regional biosecurity (e.g. through the introduction of new pests and diseases)?
